Reed Education is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in the Grimsby area.
About the RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of SEN needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges.
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning plans.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
- Essential: Experience working in a school environment.
- Desirable: Experience supporting children with SEN.
- Desirable: Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma, or equivalent.
