Reed Education is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in the Grimsby area.

About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with a range of SEN needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges.
  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning plans.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
What We’re Looking For
  • Essential: Experience working in a school environment.
  • Desirable: Experience supporting children with SEN.
  • Desirable: Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma, or equivalent.
