Pay Rate: £140 – £230 per day

TeacherActive is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ SEND provision in Grimsby that is dedicated to delivering exceptional education and care for pupils with a broad range of special educational needs. We’re currently recruiting for a skilled and compassionate SEND Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

We’re particularly keen to hear from teachers who have experience supporting pupils with:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

• ADHD, ADD, or related behavioural challenges

• Hold QTS/QTLS or an equivalent qualification

• Have prior experience in SEND or alternative provision settings

• Demonstrate effective differentiation and behaviour management strategies

• Be confident teaching across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4

• Ideally have experience with a Nurture Curriculum

• Bring patience, empathy, and adaptability to their teaching approach

• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
