We are looking for individuals who have experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs, either in a school setting or through transferable roles such as care, youth work, or social support.The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with SEN (ASD, SEMH, MLD, ADHD, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A calm, patient, and proactive approach
Additional training such as Team Teach, MAPA or similar (desirable but not essential)
