Digital Marketing Executive

We have an amazing opportunity with a progressive, up-and-coming fashion retailer based in West Norfolk.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating our ecommerce website using Shopify, and working alongside our external web developer
- Developing and implementing SEO and PPC strategies to increase online presence
- Monthly reporting and analysis of website analytics, responses to campaigns, email and social reports
- Assisting our PPC agency by suggesting improvements to optimise our campaigns further and providing content for the ads
- Assisting in the creation of campaign strategies and implementing them with the team
- Creating engaging content for all of our social media channels
- Consistently growing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our Facebook Community Group) to maintain high engagement, managing monthly brand competitions and influencer content
- Planning and designing a minimum of two weekly emails with relevant topics and effective, engaging subject lines
- Ensuring copy and imagery is updated regularly on our automated email flows
- Copywriting for all areas of the business, including product descriptions, new website pages, social and email content, ensuring that the brand tone of voice is always compelling and consistent.

Personal Specification:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Passion for social media with a creative approach to engaging online audiences
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Experience with email marketing using Klaviyo
- Must have experience using Shopify
- Experience in PPC, Google Analytics, SEO software, and other marketing tools
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident with a can-do attitude.
