Key Responsibilities:
- managing day-to-day site operations and logistics
- coordination and supervision of subcontractor activities
- Monitor quality and progress against programme milestones
- Conduct site inductions and enforce H&S compliance
- Track deliveries and manage materials on-site
- snagging, handover and close-out procedures
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar site-based role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and H&S regulations
- SMSTS, CSCS card (essential)
- First Aid at Work (essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Right to work in UK
