What you will do:

• Provide expert safeguarding advice, supervision, and training across a multi-agency workforce.

• Champion adult safeguarding practices and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

• Work closely with partners across mental health and adult disability services to improve outcomes.

• Attend and lead on multi-agency safeguarding meetings and reviews, including MASH conferences.

• Support strategic safeguarding priorities through project development and governance activities.

• Ensure all practice complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks.
