Job Responsibilities

Facilitate communication between different officers and departments.

Ensure compliance with UK work eligibility and legal requirements.

Conduct in-person interviews and verify references.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR guidelines.

Prepare and issue worker terms and conditions.

Verify all necessary licences and qualifications.
Person Specifications
Must Have:

Strong communication skills.

Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel.

Ability to verify work eligibility and references.
Nice to Have:

Experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with Guildford Borough Council operations.
