Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an established SME, based in Guildford, in their search for a Company Accountant on an initial temporary contract.Key Responsibilities include:
- Stock Ordering: Review stock holding and stock requirements for the coming month, and place order for inventory from US parent co.
- Accounts Payable & Payments: Process purchase invoices and execute regular payment runs.
- Expenses & Triplog Management: Process and review employee expense reports and Triplog entries; manage related payments.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly KPIs, including supplementary insights such as product launches and promotions performance.
- Sales Dashboards: Maintain and update Business Development Manager (BDM) dashboards to support performance tracking. Work on the project to migrate these to PowerBI.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
- Analytical Support: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
- AAT Qualified or QBE
- Strong attention to detail
- Good MS Excel skills
- Excellent communicator
