What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Lead and manage all day-to-day finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial insight, analysis, and scenario modelling.
• Enhance systems, processes, and internal controls to improve financial efficiency and governance.
• Manage relationships with external advisors, including audit, banking, and tax specialists.
• Mentor and develop a collaborative finance team, encouraging continuous improvement.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a finance function.
• A confident communicator able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
