A growing structural engineering consultancy based in Guildford is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer with +2-3 years' experience, as part of its continued expansion. The practice is currently a small, close-knit team and has recently taken on engineers, with further growth planned.

The role will involve working primarily on residential projects, including domestic refurbishments and new-build schemes, alongside a growing portfolio of commercial work. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to gain broad project exposure and develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Applicants should hold a degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng) and have gained their experience in the UK. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular client and consultant interaction. Experience using Tekla Tedds would be advantageous.

The company offers hybrid working, with the option to work from home two days per week from the outset, as well as the chance to grow with an ambitious and expanding consultancy.
