With a growing project pipeline, they're looking to bring in an extra Architectural Technician to assist with the continued growth plans over the coming years.In this role, you'll be involved in developing drawing packages, writing specifications, and liaising with consultants and clients to ensure that projects are completed to a high standard and completing detailed tender packages, all while gaining exposure to a broad range of project types from residential projects on luxury homes to educational and commercial buildings.Therefore, the ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years' experience in the industry, paired with proficiency in AutoCAD.   • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • 2-5 years experience in Architectural Technology
  • Well-rounded understanding of UK building regulations
  • Strong communication skills and initiative

  • Minimum of HNC level education in Architectural Technology
