Motorrad Sales Executive

Location: Guildford

Working Hours: 45 hours per week across five days:- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 - Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 - One set rest day during the week

Salary: Basic £20,200, OTE £49,630 with an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering a personalised and professional service to every customer, ensuring their motorcycle purchase experience is both enjoyable and informed.

Your role will include:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their lifestyle needs and recommending the ideal motorcycle solutions
  • Building and maintaining a strong customer database
  • Handling inbound enquiries and conducting follow-ups
  • Representing the brand at events and promotional activities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience within the motorcycle or automotive industry
  • A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles; technical knowledge of motorcycle components is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to service delivery
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  • The ability to work effectively within a close-knit and supportive team
  • High levels of motivation and a desire for personal and professional development
