Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We’re looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy Guildford-based Main Dealer Parts Hub.
You’ll be joining a supportive team of 6, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills with a respected brand, while enjoying excellent earning potential and strong team spirit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound parts enquiries from trade and retail customers
- Identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering great service
- Working closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in parts sales, automotive retail, or a customer service role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
What’s on offer:
- £29,000 – £31,000 basic £4,000 annual bonus
- Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00–5:30, then 8:30–6:00 on rota), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30–1:00)
