Our client based on the outskirts of Guildford are seeking a Customer Service Support Manager- to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate should have a great team-working ethic and be prepared to work in a hands-on environment working for some big-name customers!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer liaison by phone and email – providing quotations and product advice
  • Assisting the warehouse with orders when needed
  • Sales & marketing material preparation e.g. catalogues and price lists
  • Chasing up samples supplied to customers to get feedback and aid sales
  • Website product maintenance
  • Exploration of new sales avenues and markets
  • Data processing on the CRM to ensure the maintenance and correction of client, supplier and product data
  • Uploading invoices of the system
  • Attendance at shows and exhibitions where necessary

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Flexibility – supporting other members of the team when necessary
  • Excellent MS Word & Excel skills
  • Solid numeracy skills required for product preparation, stock check and quotations
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and versatile
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High standards of customer service
