- Knowledge of tarmac/road surfacing, backfilling, reinstatement, and NRSWA regulations is essential, along with relevant accreditations like CSCS and SSSTS.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of road gangs, ensuring that resources, materials, transport, plant, and equipment are used effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
Promoting health, safety, and environmental policies on-site
Conducting audits, risk assessments, and quality checks
Keeping accurate records of production, quality, and plant maintenance
5+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of tarmac/road surfacing, backfilling, reinstatement, white top & black top
Experience with NRSWA regulations
CSCS and/or EUSR accreditation
NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
