Our well-established client based in Guildford are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their back office team. This role will involve contract and documentation processing.
Duties:
- To efficiently process a high volume of contracts and documentation and to enable the payment of invoices
- Identify any errors with documentation and provide feedback
- Printing and filing documentation for contracts
- Answer and resolve queries
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with departments
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- IT literate including Microsoft office tools
