Location: Woking (Office-based/ Hybrid Working after probation)

Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly first point of contact for residential clients, helping guide them through their journey with us. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team and the Sales & Marketing Manager to turn enquiries into successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Guide clients through our free identification service
  • Provide tailored advice to convert enquiries into survey bookings
  • Follow up on proposals to secure confirmed instructions
  • Set up new projects in MS Dynamics CRM, assign consultants, raise invoices, and process payments
  • Draft standard residential management plans
  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with research and admin tasks

Skills/ Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a customer services/ Sales Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and general office software
  • A positive, results-driven mindset
