About the Role

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our self-storage facility while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Support:Assist the General Manager in leading and motivating the team. Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and efficient working environment.

  • Customer Service Excellence:Monitor and enhance the customer service experience across all touchpoints, both in-person and over the phone, while addressing any issues promptly.

  • Operational Management:Ensure the facility operates to the highest standards, managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintenance to meet both company and compliance requirements.

  • Strategic Planning:Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at boosting operational performance, including the introduction of new processes and efficiency improvements.

  • Training & Development:Support team development through coaching and training initiatives that empower staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve career growth.
