My client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to support their project delivery teams by maintaining robust document control processes and leveraging project data for decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Dalux, and will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
 Key Responsibilities System Coordination-
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system and operational requirements

Document workflows, data flows, decision points, and integration with other systems

Provide system support including training, resource allocation, and issue resolution

Offer analytical support to project teams, enhancing administrative workflows

Manage and process contractor timesheets with accuracy

Coordinate and conduct site inductions for new staff and contractors
-
Analyse project data and produce visual reports to aid strategic decision-making

Manage document control systems including technical documentation, drawings, and correspondence

Maintain document registers, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Prepare, compile, and close out Operations & Maintenance Manuals and Handover Documentation

Distribute latest approved documents to relevant teams

Ensure organized archiving and adherence to company documentation procedures

Handle communications, including emails, calls, and written correspondence

Perform general office administration tasks such as supply ordering, printing, and meeting coordination

Support office maintenance to foster a productive working environment

Take on additional tasks as needed to support the wider team

Advanced IT proficiency: Strong in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation) and Dalux
