Konnect are looking apart time document controller for a residential developer nearGuildford.
This is a site based role - the ideal candidate will be expected to work 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities

Document Hosting & Management

Retrieve, organise, and manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, and records.

Snip, print, and distribute sections as required for team use.

Zutec Administration
-
Capture and upload specified project photos (excluding fire-related) to Zutec.

Maintain and manage the Zutec dashboard to track plot progress and update information regularly.

COINS System Management
-
Update and cross-reference COINS data with Zutec and BQCs to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Verify that all BQC entries align with COINS tick updates.
-

BQC Verification
-
Check that BQCs are updated according to COINS tick progress.
-
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies (e.g. missing COINS ticks).

NHBC Portal Administration
-
Download and manage weekly and annual data reports.

Share updates and insights with the management and contractor teams.

SHE Assure Support
-
Oversee and maintain the SHE Assure dashboard.

Prompt the Site Management (SM) team regarding outstanding actions or safety documentation.

Plot Pack Preparation (PD & HA)
-
Access, collate, and print all required documents for handover and plot pack preparation.

Assemble professional handover packs using pro-former checklists.
-
Ensure all documents meet company and compliance standards.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Proficient in document control software (Zutec, COINS, SHE Assure, NHBC Portal).

Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
