Role and Responsibilities;
- Installing and maintaining electrical installation and equipment (single & three phase systems)
- Repairing current using equipment and replacing malfunctioning components
- Working in commercial and domestic environments
- Assembling new electrical components and current using equipment
- Interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
- Work well both individually and as part of a team
- Designing, installing small electrical installations
- Testing newly installed electrical installations
- Undertaking regular maintenance checks and inspections
Requirements;
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is ideal but not essential
- At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrical Supervisor, or a similar position in the electrical industry
- Certification in the completion of an electrical apprenticeship is essential
- NVQ Level 3 in the electrical industry
- Complete understanding of electrical practices, equipment, and materials
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented individual
- Ability to work at flexible hours
- Willingness to travel to various locations
