Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the Catering Manager in the day-to-day operation of the catering department.
*Ensuring the smooth delivery of meals, maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
*Managing and motivating a team to provide excellent customer service.
*Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
*Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

*Previous experience in a catering management or supervisory role, ideally within an education or contract catering setting.
*Strong leadership and organisational skills.
