Part Time Senior Administrator - Ultra HNW IFA

Based: Guildford

Days: 3 days a week (flexible on days worked)Salary: £30,000 p/rata (£18-20k DOE for 3 days) + free parking on site, excellent benefits including upto 10% contributory Pension, PMI, IP, DIS and annual bonuses - discretionary and performance related. Study support for professional qualifications, training and development days.

Our client is a professional, well established HNW IFA who have built a fantastic reputation over a number of years. An extremely low turnover of staff is testament to the environment they maintain for their employees, they are keen to recruit someone who will add value to the team.

The role will involve providing support to the directors and paraplanners, and will incorporate predominately activity on individual client portfolios.

Main duties will include:

  • Processing new business.
  • Obtaining quotes and illustrations.
  • XPlan for day to day updates, reporting, fee reconciliation.
  • Effective client and provider liaison - verbally and in writing.
  • Portfolio coverage will include: ISAs, Investment Bonds, VCTs, Group and Individual Pensions, Life, PHI and PMI products.

Must haves include:

  • Qualified to QCF Level 4 - the company also provide full study support to those wishing to develop further.
  • Knowledge of the internal workings of an IFA and ideally have held some compliance responsibilities, although this is not essential as it is outsourced.
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel, as well as usual Microsoft applications.
  • Extremely personable.
  • Focused, strong attention to detail and accurate in your work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Being a natural team player.
