Our client, a forward thinking, established firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their expanding team in Guildford.

You will be responsible for managing the corporate tax affairs for your own mixed portfolio of clients, including SME's, large companies and groups and overseeing, planning and reviewing the work of your team.

Key Duties include:-

  • Providing a range of tax services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large corporate entities.
  • Handling and managing the tax compliance process for your clients and liaising with them to resolve any queries
  • Reviewing tax returns and computations
  • Communicating with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met and overseeing client portfolios to ensure HMRC deadlines are met

You will ideally have at least 4-5 years UK corporate or mixed tax experience in practice and hold a relevant qualification such as ATT and/or CTA or equivalent.
