The firm has a team of approximately 25 professionals and works with clients across a wide range of sectors including media, entertainment, financial services, and others. Serving clients in regions including the UK, North America, and the Middle East, the firm emphasizes high-quality, proactive advice and personalized client service.

The Role

This key position involves a mix of corporate (approx. 80%) and personal tax (approx. 20%) work. The successful candidate will play a central role in client management, service delivery, and business growth. The role is based out of one of the firm’s UK offices and includes the potential for international travel. This is a leadership-track opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review complex corporate tax compliance and advisory work across a range of sectors
  • Provide personal tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and business owners
  • Advise international clients on cross-border tax matters, structuring, and planning
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Support the development of junior staff and contribute to team leadership
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business development and service innovation
  • Opportunity to travel internationally to meet clients and support cross-border projects as needed

About You

  • CTA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong corporate tax background; additional ACA/ACCA a plus
  • Experience advising clients in both corporate and personal tax matters
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help grow a team and service line
  • Comfortable working with international clients across multiple time zones
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a hybrid, flexible working environment
