Are you a qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships? Do you want to combine hands-on finance work with process improvement and team development?
We’re hiring a Finance Manager for a B-Corp certified outsourcing firm that provides finance services to recruitment businesses.
You’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, producing accurate monthly accounts and board packs, guiding them through financial decisions, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional service.
This is a role where you’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, improve processes, and use technology – including AI – to make finance smarter.

THE ROLE
- Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and weekly cash forecasts
- Produce detailed board packs for each client portfolio
- Meet monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines with precision
- Maintain regular calls and quarterly in-person meetings with clients
- Work closely with year-end accountants to ensure a smooth close process
- Mentor and develop your team, holding regular one-to-ones and reviews
- Support and oversee client payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Identify and deliver process improvement and automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with government and regulatory reporting deadlines
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic and operational projects
- Take responsibility for ad-hoc client or internal finance requests
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA)
- Effective communicator – written & verbal
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables)
- Track record in delivering accurate financial reporting to deadlines
- Comfortable managing multiple clients in a multi-company environment
SALARY & BENEFITS
