This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Technician or Architectural Technologist with proven experience in the architectural design sector and who is confident using Revit to deliver detailed technical documentation.

Office: Fully remote
Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
Duties:
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and detailed technical packages using Revit
- Build and manage coordinated 3D BIM models for various UK-based projects
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and external teams to support project delivery
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards across all outputs
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal BIM standards and workflows
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in a fully remote setting
Requirements:
- Background in architecture (academic or practical experience accepted)
- Proven Revit proficiency with a portfolio of technical drawing work
- Experience in delivering technical documentation for architectural projects
- Experience in Navisworks, Dynamo or BIM360
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
