Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor construction work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

  • Inspect materials and workmanship for adherence to specifications.

  • Report any issues or defects to the project manager.

  • Ensure safety regulations are followed on site.

  • Maintain detailed records of site visits and inspections.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • National Insurance number.

  • References covering the last 2 years.

  • Confidentiality agreement signed.

  • GDPR consent.

  • Verification of necessary licenses and qualifications.

  • Good communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with local councils.

  • Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
