HR Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)

Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a leading legal law firm based in the heart of Guildford!

As an HR Coordinator you will work closely with the Director of People assisting in achieving the department's goal of delivering a generalist HR service across the business.

Daily Duties:

  • Ensuring compliance with HR legislation and case law.
  • Advising line managers on the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Leading recruitment efforts by developing relationships with agencies and managing job postings.
  • Coordinating on-boarding and delivering HR induction sessions for new starters.
  • Maintaining the HR database, ensuring all employee information is up to date.
  • Your proactive approach will be essential in enhancing our HR processes and supporting our team.

Skills/ Experience:

  • A relevant degree or experience in HR administration.
  • CIPD qualifications (Desired).
  • Demonstrable experience in HR administration and database maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
