Junior Legal PA

UK law firm is seeking to hire a Junior Legal PA to join their Private Wealth Disputes team in their Guildford office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.  The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering top-tier secretarial and administrative support to an allocation of fee earners.

Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is always provided
  • Consistently and appropriately update service users on progress and status of tasks where appropriate
  • Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, Secretarial Leads or Executives i.e. photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
  • Prepare files for costs assessments
  • Support the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
  • Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business

Junior Legal PA Skills & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months administration experience
  • GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
