Painter - Student Accommodation Refurbishment
Location: Guildford, London
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (8 hours paid)
Rate: 20 per hour (CIS)
Job Type: Temporary / Contract
Job Description:
The role involves refreshing student accommodation ahead of the new academic year.
Duties Include:
Painting and decorating student bedrooms and communal areas
Fixing minor surface issues (e.g. dents, scuffs, marks)
Ensuring a clean, tidy and professional finish
Adhering to health & safety guidelines on site
Requirements:
Proven experience in painting and decorating
Own tools and PPE
CSCS card preferred but not essential
Ability to commit to the full duration of the project
