My client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Guildford, supporting their sales department with processes the sales of new and used cars.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and process all vehicle orders
- Complete handover packs
- Process and verify vehicle orders and invoices
- Ensure all vehicle documentation is complete and accurate
- Register and tax vehicles
- Maintain up-to-date stock records for new and used vehicles
- Conduct vehicle checks and ensure website accuracy
- Coordinate with sales, workshop, and finance teams
- Other duties may be required from time to time
Experience required:
- 1+ year in sales administration (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using digital systems and managing documentation
- Strong communications skills
- Strong teamwork skills
