My client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Guildford, supporting their sales department with processes the sales of new and used cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and process all vehicle orders
  • Complete handover packs
  • Process and verify vehicle orders and invoices
  • Ensure all vehicle documentation is complete and accurate
  • Register and tax vehicles
  • Maintain up-to-date stock records for new and used vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle checks and ensure website accuracy
  • Coordinate with sales, workshop, and finance teams
  • Other duties may be required from time to time

Experience required:

  • 1+ year in sales administration (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using digital systems and managing documentation
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
