- Manage residential property sales from valuation to completion
- Negotiate high-value transactions with confidence and precision
- Provide expert guidance to vendors and buyers
- Maintain strong local market knowledge and client relationships
- Support and mentor junior negotiators as needed
- Experience in residential sales, ideally in prime markets
- Proven negotiation and client service skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- NAEA or RICS membership (a plus)
