We are seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals to join a vibrant secondary school in Guildford as Teaching Assistants starting ASAP.
This role is ideal for those considering a future in teaching, as it could lead to a permanent position and school-based teacher training for the right candidates.
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting students in and out of the classroom
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
Providing 1:1 or small group support where needed
Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Covering lessons on a short-term basis if required (depending on experience)
Requirements:
A genuine interest in working with young people
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Flexibility and willingness to take on varied support roles
You must have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
