I am exclusively working on a fantastic partnership opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with a developed specialisation in a particular industry or area of law to join a prestigious Top-Tier firm in Guildford. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Group Head, a highly respected expert in the field.

Role Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional, client-tailored service while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will play an integral role in managing the Dispute Resolution team and overseeing the performance of fee-earners in key areas such as fees, time recording, conversion, and collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regular team meetings to review ongoing work and workloads.
  • Promote and align with the firm's vision and strategy.
  • Develop and enhance expertise in a specific industry sector or legal area.
  • Foster a culture where team members feel comfortable identifying issues and are encouraged to speak up to resolve them.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the strategic and commercial factors impacting team and group performance.
  • Supervise and support team members working on various projects and matters.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, profitability, and reduce waste, encouraging the team to suggest ways to optimise work processes and service delivery.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team both informally and through formal training when required.
