The successful candidate will manage a full and varied caseload and must demonstrate the technical expertise to advise confidently on a range of residential property matters.The role offers exposure to high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients, dealing with prime London and country residences, leasehold and freehold matters, refinancing, new builds, and portfolio acquisitions. The position provides a chance to work closely with recognised leaders in the field on challenging, rewarding work.The TeamThe Residential Property team operates within a broader Private Client unit and is known for providing exceptional service to HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family businesses, and professionals.
