This role is ideally suited to a Legal Director or Senior Associate with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience, particularly in non-contentious construction law.The RoleThe position offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognised partners on a wide range of construction and engineering projects. The successful candidate will advise clients on development and infrastructure matters, including the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, and ancillary documents.

In addition to handling complex legal work, the role will involve supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team's business development and client care initiatives. Comprehensive ongoing training and career development support will also be provided.The TeamThe construction and engineering team operates nationally and is recognised for its expertise in both contentious and non-contentious work. Clients include:

  • Strong knowledge of construction law, particularly JCT and NEC contract suites
