Full time hours on a temporary basis

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Performance, Improvement & Insight Officer to join the newly established Business Insight and Improvement Team within Housing. This role is focused on enhancing service delivery through data-driven insight, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a performance management framework that drives service improvement and supports strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on performance and insight data to inform business planning.
  • Support the development of policies, procedures, and effective complaint resolution processes.
  • Provide expert advice on performance and improvement matters, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience and promote innovation.
