What the role involves:-
Supporting installations of ceiling track hoists and community equipment in homes and other locations

Safe and professional removal of hoists and stairlifts, ensuring all equipment is logged and processed in line with procedure

Carrying out scheduled repairs, or escalating for replacements when needed
-
Maintaining van stock and logging used parts accurately
-
Delivering outstanding service and support to vulnerable service users
-
Background in carpentry, electronics or engineering - a relevant qualification is a bonus
-
Previous experience in a quality-driven, ISO9002 environment is ideal

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, customer-focused approach

A full, valid UK Driving Licence is essential

Competitive salary - up to £33,000 depending on experience

Monday-Friday hours with optional overtime

Up to 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and an additional 5 unpaid if you choose
