Duties:

Tendering with Purpose
  • Keep the bid pipeline flowing by logging, tracking and organising tender opportunities like a master strategist.

  • Be the key connector — liaising confidently with colleagues, customers and key partners.

  • Own the packaging and submission process — ensuring every bid leaves the office polished, precise and on point.

  • Stay ahead of the game by monitoring outcomes and sharing results that shape our future.

Championing Collaboration
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding with laser-focused efficiency.

  • Carry out compliance checks that uphold the gold-standard reputation.

Office Excellence & Energy
  • Support the leadership team with high-impact administrative support.
