Location: Guildford - CentralSalary: £38,000 - £40,000 (Based on Experience)Hours: Monday - Thursday (9am - 5:30pm), Friday (9am - 5pm)

Your Role:In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in amplifying the firm's thought leadership and public communications. Collaborate with a dynamic team to create, edit, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience across various channels, including LinkedIn and our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Craft clear and compelling content, from legal articles to press releases and firm updates.
- Campaign Planning: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns while maintaining a strategic content calendar.
- Social Media Management: Curate and manage our LinkedIn presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand identity.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure timely content delivery.
- Press Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance our visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on content performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Brand Management: Support the Marketing Director and Managing Partner in shaping and delivering the firm's brand positioning and visual identity.
What You will bring:
- Proven experience in communications, content creation, or marketing, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and current digital marketing trends, including the influence of AI on content strategy.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
