Do you have experience maintaining equipment in a pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment? Are you looking for a new challenge with a highly successful and expanding company?

A manufacturer of specialist Pharmaceuticals are currently seeking a Technician to join the team at their site in Guildford. You will be part of a small team reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and assisting with maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery on site.

Role Overview

  • Permanent, Full Time.
  • Standard hours Mon-Fri 7AM-3PM. On call required on a rota (plant operational 7 days per week) OT rate for additional hours.
  • Predominantly Mechanical (some minor Electrical) Maintenance of manufacturing equipment including : Dispensing Systems, Decontamination/Sterilisation Systems, Autoclaves and Cyclotron. Additional responsibility for other site equipment such as HVAC.

Requirements

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in relevant discipline Or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. (Or equivalent practical working experience).
  • Prior experience of completing maintenance of manufacturing equipment in a GMP compliant Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
  • Experience of working with Cyclotrons is Highly Advantageous but not essential.
