A key client of ours is seeking an experienced Production & Planning Manager to lead a small production and planning team and ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing operations.
This would suit a candidate who has at least 5 years' experience in a managerial role leading a team of Production Engineers/ Planners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.
- Manage and coach a team of planners, prioritising workload and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, engineering, and sales to maintain flow and efficiency.
- Optimise inventory, lead times, and planning parameters through data analysis.
- Support process improvements and new product introductions.
Key Attributes
- Proven experience in production management & planning as well as MRP/ERP systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A background ideally working within either FMCG, household goods, components, electronics or similar
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
