Our client is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead refurbishment and fit out projects across multiple sites — including heritage-listed and commercial buildings.
They are very busy with exciting new projects and need a Project Manager to deliver multiple new and existing projects
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple projects (£40k–£3M) from tender to completion
- Manage tenders and contractor performance
- Ensure CDM and health & safety compliance
- Liaise with internal teams and resolve site issues
- Work closely with client to ensure best value
- Forecast budgets and deliver accurate report
- Maintain governance and drive continuous improvement
- Manage site teams and sub contractors
Person specification
- Proven project management experience
- Strong knowledge of CDM and H&S regulations
- Excellent stakeholder and contractor coordination
- Financial and reporting acumen
- Experience with a Construction refurbishment or Facilities Management company
