Contract Project Manager – Water Framework (Non-Infrastructure)
Guildford, Surrey | Contract – 6-Month Rolling | Up to £500/day (Outside IR35)
A leading tier one contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team delivering key capital maintenance works across a high-profile water framework in the Southeast.
This is a six-month rolling contract offering the opportunity to lead non-infrastructure projects—typically involving water treatment sites, pumping stations, and related facilities—supporting the client’s investment in asset renewal and service resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through to completion.
- Oversee programme, budget, and risk management across multiple live sites.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, procurement, and site delivery staff.
- Ensure compliance with CDM, health and safety, and quality standards.
- Report on progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the water or utilities sector.
- Strong knowledge of non-infrastructure works (e.g. MEICA upgrades, refurbishments).
- Familiarity with NEC contracts and collaborative frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Rate: Up to £500 per day (Outside IR35, Limited Company).
