Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in construction projects? This is a standout opportunity to join a multi-regional main contractor with a strong reputation and a confirmed pipeline of work for the next 4+ years.

While the company operates across general build within residential, this role is specifically focused on leading the commercial delivery of medium-to-large-scale new build developments within healthcare, care homes, later living/retirement living spaces.

The Role:

• Take full commercial responsibility for commercial new build and refurbishment schemes
• Oversee procurement, cost planning, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners
• Ensure commercial targets and financial performance are achieved
• Report directly to the Commercial Manager and mentor junior staff as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on commercial construction projects
• A stable, consistent employment history demonstrating long-term project involvement
• Strong contractual knowledge (JCT/NEC), budget management, and negotiation skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
