What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Negotiating residential property sales from instruction to completion
- Supporting applicants and vendors throughout the sales process
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering first-class customer service
- Contributing to and hitting sales targets
- (For Senior level) Involvement in valuations and listing presentations
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Valuation/listing experience beneficial
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- High level of professionalism and customer service
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Knowledge of the Guildford property market advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- Ambitious, self-motivated and well-presented
