We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Guildford. The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Negotiator:
- Basic £18,000 - £20,000
- OTE £30,000
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 6pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day back in lieu
- Car allowance
- 25p per mile

Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Negotiator:
- This role will cover sales and lettings
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships
- Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Trainee Negotiator:
- Previous property experience not essential
- High level of customer service skills ideally with sales
- The desire to work well in a team
- Sales and target driven
- Ambitious and motivated with a winning mindset
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
