Vacancy: MANAGING DIRECTOR – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Guildford, GU1
Salary: OTE Circa £100k+
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A market leading independent Estate & Lettings Agency are recruiting for a highly motivated and accomplished Managing Director to head up the Senior Management Team responsible for running multiple Estate and Lettings Agency branches in Surrey.
You will need to have an extensive background in Residential Estate Agency and in order to apply for the role, as an absolute minimum, you will currently be running or have previously run multiple Estate Agency offices.
You will be an influential leader with an ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels and have an innate sense of positivity and drive.
The ideal candidate will live within easy reach of the region East Surrey area, have a proven record of over target performance, an ability to lead, train, develop and mentor staff as well as have impeccable financial management and budget setting.
Our client is looking for an individual who has the ability to grow and develop the company, so previous experience of company structure and acquisition would be helpful.

Skills required for this Managing Director (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Significant experience in Estate Agency and related fields
- Held a Senior Management level position within the industry
- Extensive business development background in Estate Agency
- Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent track record of success
- Company acquisition experience
- A Strong Motivational Leader
- Full Driving License essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
